Delete Your GreenPeaks Account

GreenPeaks allows you to delete your account directly within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the GreenPeaks app
2. Go to Settings
3. Open My Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion request

Account deletion and recovery

When you delete your account, it will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to access it.

Your account data is retained for up to 30 days after deletion to allow for account recovery. During this period, you may restore your account by signing back in.

If your account is not restored within 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

What will be deleted

• Your account information (email, phone number, username)
• Your saved plants and garden data
• Your submitted plant content, subject to applicable retention requirements

What may be retained

• Purchase records required for financial, tax, or legal compliance
• Limited records required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics data that cannot reasonably identify you
