GreenPeaks Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GreenPeaks mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Summary: Use the App responsibly. Don’t upload illegal or harmful content. Subscriptions are handled through Apple/Google. We provide plant info as-is.
1. The Service
GreenPeaks provides plant identification and plant care features. Results may be imperfect and should not be treated as professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. User Content (Photos & Submissions)
You may upload photos and information to identify plants or submit unknown plants. You are responsible for what you upload.
- Do not upload illegal, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
4. Community Submissions
If you choose community/public visibility, submissions may become visible to others after passing moderation logic. Personal submissions remain private to you.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription (“GreenPeaks Pro”). Subscription options may include weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.
- Do not abuse submissions or spam the community pipeline.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Plant identification and care guidance may be inaccurate. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenPeaks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
